Neve Tsedek Neighborhood

Neve Tsedek

Neve Tsedek is one of Tel Aviv’s most fashionable neighborhoods, and popular as a choice of stay for many on an Israeli vacation. Famous for its 100 year old houses which were some of the first to be built in the city, the district has a village feel to it with narrow streets, gardens, piazzas, bistros and boutiques. Neve Tsedek is also the location of the Suzanne Dellal Dance Center for Dance and Theater, a center which is famously the home of the Bat-Sheva dance group. Also situated here is the Rokach House, one of the first houses to be built in Tel Aviv which was first owned by the Rokach family, then restored in the 1980’s by Lea Majaro Mintz, the first owner’s granddaughter.
